KABUL, Jan 14: US forces hunting Al Qaeda remnants in Afghanistan came under another rocket attack at the weekend but there were no casualties, a US military statement said on Tuesday.
A rocket was fired at the Salerno “operational base” on Saturday, landing and exploding some 300 metres south of the base, causing no damage, the statement said, without specifying the location.—AFP
