Navy sail to success

KARACHI, Jan 14: Pakistan Navy has won the Inter Services Sailing Championship 2003.

The week long event was organised by Pakistan Navy on behalf of Services Sports Control Board.

Teams from three services participated in the championship which was contested in Enterprise, 470, Laser, and Mistral classes. The championship was governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2001 - 2004.

Pakistan Navy excelled in all the racing classes and won the championship with 120 points whereas Pakistan Air Force finished in second spot with 196 points.—APP
