LAHORE, Jan 14: Two goals each, from Samee Ibraheem and Raja Samiullah helped Musa Industries beat Millat Tractors 5-4 in the Samad Cup polo on Tuesday.

Ahmad Ali and Ahmad Nawaz scored a goal each for Tractors to give them a 2-1 lead in the first chukker as Raza Gillani struck a goal for the winners.

The losers led 3-2 at the end of second chukker as Kamran Nooruddin scored their third goal. For Musa, Raja Samiullah struck his first.

In the third chukker, Samee scored his first goal for Musa to restore the parity (3-3). In the fourth chukker, Samee scored again followed by Samiullah’s second goal which put Musa Industries ahead 5-3. Millat scored their last goal through Ahmad Ali.

Four goals by Azhar Ali and two by Jamal Iftikhar enabled Meadowlea beat Polo Lounge 7-5. For the losers who had two goals on handicap, Feroze Gulzar scored all three goals.
