SHIKARPUR, Jan 14: Two outlaws were killed in an encounter with the police on the Chak-Sui Gas Link Road, near the Bango Labano village, Lakhi Taluka, on Tuesday.

The Lakhi police were patrolling the area to make sure that no further tribal disputes took place between the Mahar and Jatoi tribes. However, while they were doing so, a gang of outlaws, who were hiding behind some bushes, ambushed them.

The police retaliated as a result of which two of the outlaws, identified as Nandho Khanani Jatoi and Sono Tarat Jatoi, were killed on the spot.
