By Our Correspondent

The woman, Marijana Mihic, a Croatian immigrant has since not filed a formal complaint and has pleaded with the New York DA’s office to drop the case.

In conversations with Ambassador Akram the UN envoys reportedly termed the case being “outrageous” invasion of his privacy maintained that it was unprecedented for the New York District Attorney to blow up such a trivial matter into an issue. When the parties concerned have not even filed a formal complaint with the department.
