KARACHI, Jan 4: Former Test medium-pacer claimed a 10-wicket match haul as Allied Bank Limited (ABL) trounced defending champions Karachi Whites by an innings and 45 runs inside three days in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy fixture at National Stadium on Saturday.
Aqib took six for 54 to help his side bundled out Karachi Whites for 209 in their second innings. The Pakistan junior team’s coach on Thursday captured four for 51 in the hosts’ first innings.
ABL’s third victory in as many matches further consolidated their spot as Group-II leaders with a maximum 36 points.
