HYDERABAD, Jan 3: Electricity supply will be suspended in Hirabad sub-division of Hesco on Jan 4 and 6 from 9am to 2pm.
The areas of Jail Road and Bhurgari road will be affected.
This was announced by the executive engineer, operation division, Gari Khata, Hyderabad Electric Supply Company.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for Hesco has notified that power supply from 132KV grid station, Latifabad, transformer-2, will remain suspended on Jan 5 from 8am to 2pm.
SPSC: The secretary, Sindh Public Service Commission, has announced that after the interviews for the posts of assistant professor, Neurology, and dermatologist, in the provincial health department, the commission found Dr Bashir Ahmed suitable for appointment as assistant professor, Neurology, and Dr Vijay Anand Ramani, Dr Iqbal Ahmed Shaikh and Dr Omparkash Hablani suitable for the posts of dermatologist.
LUMHS: The Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences has announced that MCQ theory examinations of MBBS-I will be conducted from Feb 3 at the LUMHS, Jamshoro; Chandka Medical College, Larkana; and Peoples Medical College for Girls, Nawabshah.
According to the schedule, Anatomy paper will be held on Feb 3 from 2pm to 4pm, Physiology paper on 6 from 2pm to 4pm and Biochemistry paper on 8 from 2pm to 3pm.
The authorities of the LUMHS have also announced the schedule of practical and viva-voce of the UTC (dispenser), 2001-2002, which will be begin from Jan 15 in the department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics.
