Adil lifts Scottish U-15 title

EDINBURGH, Dec 31: Pakistan’s Adil Maqbool Khawaja won the Scottish Under-15 Open Squash title when he overwhelmed England’s James Snell in straight games in the final according to a WSF press release issued on Tuesday.

Adil won 9-0, 9-0, 9-5,

Earlier in the semifinals Adil ruthlessly destroyed Hong Kong’s Hi Yin Lee 9—2, 9-2, 9-1 in another one-sided affair as his opponent found the young Pakistani too hot and speedy.

In the quarterfinal Adil demolished another English youngster Curtis Tomlinson 9-1, 9-0. 9-0.
