KARACHI, Dec 31: The additional district and sessions judge, Malir, Abdul Malik, sentenced three muggers to seven years’ rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs10,000 each.

Asif, Ibrahim and Jawaid had robbed Mohammed Riaz Askari of Rs217,000 and his wristwatch at gunpoint in the police limits of Quaidabad.

They would have to undergo an additional three months’ RI if they failed to pay the fine.
