‘Khatami’s visit a turning point’
ISLAMABAD, Dec 27: Federal Minister for Water and Power Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao on Friday described the visit of Iranian President Khatami as a turning point in Pakistan-Iran relations. In an interview to Irna, Sherpao said Iran showed great interest in Pakistan’s water and power sector and there was an ample opportunity for the countries to start joint ventures.—APP
