LARKANA: Two killed over Karo-kari

LARKANA, Dec 27: A woman, Hasina, and a man, Khamiso, were killed on the pretext of Karo-kari in the Ghazi Khan Buriro village late Thursday night.

The bodies of both the victims were found at the doorsteps of the house of Ali Mohammad Buriro, the husband of the deceased woman, the Khabar police said.

The police suspected that Ali Mohammed, with his friends and relatives, committed the double murder and escaped.

The police have registered a case on behalf of the state.

RESULTS: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Larkana, on Friday announced the results of Secondary School Certificate-II, supplementary, examinations of science and general group.

In science group, 2,190 candidates appeared in the examinations, out of whom 185 were declare failed and no one could clinch A-1 grade. Only 18 candidates took the examinations in general group. Three of them were declared passed.
