KOHAT, Dec 21: Four MPAs from Kohat and Hangu have announced to boycott the NWFP assembly session scheduled for Dec 23 to protest against the shifting of DIGs regional offices from Kohat to Bannu, ordered by Chief Minister Akram Durrani here on Friday.

Meanwhile, the business community had also decided to observe a complete strike on the same day to register their protest and hold a big public meeting.

The MPAs, Engineer Qalbe Hassan, Khalid Habib, Shad Mohammad Khan and Atiqur Rehman (Hangu) also threatened to block traffic on Dec 23 when the convoy of the CM would pass through Kohat on the Indus Highway.

These decisions were taken at a hurriedly-called meeting of the said MPAs here on Friday.

The meeting was also attended by a large number of people, including social workers and leaders of all the business forums.
