Sherpao takes oath
ISLAMABAD, Dec 17: Federal Minister for Water and Power Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao took oath as chief executive of the Northern Areas.
The Chairman of the Chief Court Northern Areas, Justice Malik Muzaffar Hussain, administered the oath at a ceremony held here on Tuesday at the Northern Areas House.
Northern Areas Deputy Chief Executive Fida Mohammed Nashad, NALC Speaker Sahib Khan, advisors, members of the NALC and senior officials of the Kashmir Affairs Ministry attended the ceremony.
Later, Mr Sherpao had a meeting with the deputy chief executive and senior officials of the Northern Areas.—APP
