By Our Staff Correspondent

QUETTA, Dec 15: A boy and his sister were killed in a toy bomb blast at Killi Batayzai village in Pishin district on Sunday.

“The children were brought to the Pishin Civil Hospital in a critical condition, where they succumbed to their injuries,” sources said.

The Pishin police said 11-year-old Habibullah and seven-year-old Mazadufa found a toy while collecting firewood in an orchard near the village. When they started playing with the toy, it exploded and seriously injured them.

KOHLU: A powerful explosion occurred in Kohlu near the residence of a government official on Saturday. “Dynamite placed at an open place exploded near the official residence of an official of the local administration,” sources said.

However, no causality or damage was reported. It was the third explosion in three days in the township. No one has been arrested.
