Jet Master to make amends for last outing
LAHORE, Ded 14: The four-year-old bay colt Jet Master, who was beaten in his previous outing, may make amends and claim the Kamalia Cup featuring a card of six events during the 11th Lahore Winter Meeting to be held at the Racecourse on Sunday.
The Kamalia Cup is a class V event to be contested over the sprinting distance of 1200 metres for which only six acceptors are in the field, barring last-minute withdrawals.
Besides Jet Master, Blu’s Wendy is the other serious contender for this fifth race.
The bay filly Desert Lady, who was beaten by Naseeb in her outing last Sunday should win the term race .
The other two fillies, Guys And Dolls (Key Guy-Pretty Face) and Abou Zouz Park (Abou Zouz-Ladachi) can give tough time to Desert Lady.
The card drawn up for other four events also looks tough. The events will be contested over 1200 metres. The first race will be held at 12.30 pm.
