Snowfall cuts Chitral’s link with country
PESHAWAR, Dec 14: The Lowari Pass, the only land route between Chitral and the rest of the country, is again closed for all sorts of traffic due to heavy snowfall on the mountains on Friday night. According to a statement issued by the provincial government here on Saturday the road would remain closed for the traffic till the snow was cleared from the mountainous track.—Bureau
