HUB, Nov 29: The hunger strike of prisoners in the Gaddani jail has entered the eighth day.
They threatened to continue the strike till death if they were not sent back to the Muchh jail.
Reports reaching here from the jail said that Nasrullah, Abdul Salam, Sakhi Murad, Lal Mohammed and others, who were brought from the Muchh Jail a few days ago, maintained that 21 prisoners had been forcibly sent to the Gaddani jail after a minor dispute with some inmates.
They had not been given a chance to clarify their position, the prisoners said.
Of the hunger strikers, four were brought to the Jam Ghulam Qadir Hospital when their condition turned serious. Some of them are still stated to be in a serious condition.
