Super League final today

LAHORE, Nov 27: A close fight is likely between  Dewan-e-Khas and Mobile Zone in the Super League One-day Ramazan Cup   tournament  final  to  be held between  Dewan-i-Khas  Eleven  and Mobile Zone eleven at the Gaddafi Stadium Thursday.

Former Pakistan captain Moin Khan will lead the former while Test discard Imran Nazir will captain the latter.

Oout of six players, on whom a fine of Rs  3000 each was imposed by PCB Tuesday for tampering with the ball in the tournament, four will be playing in the final. Among them are Naved,  Qaiser,  Zahid  Saeed and Yasir Arafat.

A  lucrative  cash prize of Rs 300,000 will be given  to  the winning side. The runners-up will get Rs 150,000. The Man-of-the- Match  will be awarded Rs 10,000. Besides it, the best  batsman, bowler,  fielder and wicketkeeper of the tournament will also  be honoured  with Rs 15,000 each.

The cash prizes of Rs  2,000  will also be given each to those cricketers who will hit most  numbers of boundaries, sixes and will hold most number of catches.

PTV will live telecast the final.
