KARACHI, Nov 18: The Sindh High Court has issued notices to two customs officials to appear on Wednesday and show cause why they should not be prosecuted for contempt for their failure to complying with its orders.
The customs department was asked to refund petitioner Gandhara Nissan Rs40 million recovered by it in excess of the customs duty adjudged due. The department failed to make the refund.
