By Our Sports Reporter

KARACHI, Nov 17: A fine spell of spin bowling by Asif Butt, who picked up four wickets for only eight runs, enabled A.O. Clinic beat Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) by 73 runs in the Dalpat R. Sonavaria Ramazan Cricket Trophy played Sunday at the KPI ground.

Batting first, A.O. Clinic scored 148 for seven wickets in their 20 allotted overs through Saeed Shaikh (28), Ibrahim Qureshi (26) and Asif Butt (20). Ahmer Farooqui two for 23, along with Aqeel Sharif and Raheel Abbas with two for 26 apiece, bowled a tidy line and length.

KBCA in reply were skittled out for 75 runs in 13.4 overs with opener Shahbauddin top scoring with 20 runs. Apart from Asif’s fine bowling spell, Mohammad Farrukh chipped in with two for 17.
