Tasleem powers Punjab CC

KARACHI, Nov 16: Punjab CC beat Comrade Sports by nine wickets in the Sixth Nehal Siddiqui Ramazan Cricket Festival played Saturday.

Batting first, Comrades Sports struggled to 138 for eight in their 20 allotted overs with Farhan Khan (40), Umer Mohammad (33) and Saad Siddiqui (27) among the runs. Taimoor Khan picked up four wickets for 15 runs and Asim Aziz had figures of two for 21.

In reply, Punjab CC reached 136 for one in only 14.3 overs. Tasleem top scored with an unbeaten knock of 66. Syed Affan (35) and Arsalan Shaikh (22 n.o.) were also among the runs.
