Section 144 imposed in federal capital

ISLAMABAD, Nov 15: The district magistrate has issued six orders under Section 144 CrPC according to which, blasting in district Islamabad, carrying of fire arms, rallies/demonstrations, publication and distribution of objectionable literature, use of cassette-players for making objectionable speeches, unnecessary use of loudspeakers, distribution of hand bills, affixing of posters and wall-chalking have been prohibited for two months within the limits of Islamabad Capital Territory with immediate effect.—APP
