LONDON, Nov 12: Britain’s Prince Charles has ordered an internal review, to be conducted by his private secretary, into the collapse of the trial of Princess Diana’s butler and its aftermath.

“If we have made mistakes, he wants us to face up to them and rectify them,” Michael Peat told the media, announcing his inquiry.

“Concerns have been expressed, we are not ignoring them. The Prince of Wales (Charles) leads by example,” he added.—AFP
