Subsidized flour

TOBA TEK SINGH, Nov 11: The district administration has set up 25 sale points in the district for the sale of flour on subsidized price of Rs158 per 20 kilograms bag.

An official said here on Monday that out of 73,596 bags, 23,399 would be sold at Gojra, 22,798 at Kamalia, 18,592 at Toba and 8,807 at Pirmahal.

He said the sale points had been established at every market committee and tehsil municipal administration offices in the district. The areas where these sales points have been set up, include Saddar Bazaar, Kamal Chowk, Mujaddadia Mosque (Toba); Union Council Office (Rajana); Saddar Bazaar, Mamoon Kanjan Road (Kamalia); Mauza Jakhar, Thana Bazaar, near Saddar police station, Income Tax Office (Gojra); Jhang Road (Nawan Lahore); Saddar Bazaar, Lower Colony (Pirmahal); Ghousiaabad and Sindhilianwali.

A three-member committee comprising representatives of market committee, food and revenue departments will supervize the sale at these points.
