No gas during Sehr, Iftar

Published November 9, 2002

SIALKOT, Nov 8: There are complaints of gas suspension and low pressure in residential areas of Sialkot and Daska during Sehr and Iftar.

Local SNGPL authorities say the situation is due to rising consumption in winter. They advised the people to prepare meals before peak gas demand hours.

BOYCOTT: College students and teachers continued boycott of their classes as a protest against the denationalization of campuses and the establishment of boards of governors (BoGs).

On the appeal of Punjab Professors and Lecturers Association (PPLA), students and teachers also took out a procession.
