Khanpur, Rawal dams filtration plants expanded
RAWALPINDI, Nov 6: The district government has expanded the filtration plant capacity of supply pipelines of Rawal and Khanpur dams to provide clean drinking water to the citizens.
This was stated by District Nazim Raja Tariq Kiani while talking to a Japanese delegation of water supply consultants.
He said with the expansion of filtration plants, daily water supply to inhabitants of different city localities had been enhanced by thousands of gallons. He said expansion was made to meet water needs of the citizens.—PPI
