KARACHI, Oct 31: Governor Muhammedmian Soomro promulgated on Thursday the Sindh Local Government (Seventh Amendment) Ordinance 2002 to further amend the Sindh Local Government Ordinance 2001.
The amended ordinance says that in section 156, in subsection (4), for the words “ within sixty days” and in subsection (5), for the words “ within thirty days”, the words “ within as far as practicable, one hundred and twenty days” shall be substituted.—PPI
