HYDERABAD, Oct 23: Sixth Additional District and Sessions Judge Qazi Allah Bukhsh on Wednesday has granted pre-arrest bail for a sum of Rs50,000 each to the Nazim union council, Bhitshah, Syed Ghulam Raza Shah, his brother, Nisar Hussain Shah, and his brother-in-law, Ashiq Hussain Shah, in a case of obstruction of duty.

The case was lodged by the SDO, Bhitshah sub-division of the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company, Abdul Qayoom Bhurgari, on Oct 19 after the Hesco administration authorized him to register a formal FIR.

The FIR was registered under sections 341, 342, 353, 504, 506(2), 379 PPC and 39 of the Electricity Act.

Following the registration of the case, Syed Ghulam Raza Shah, the brother of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, and two others filed their bail-before-arrest application before the court of the District and Sessions judge through Advocate Basharat Ahmed Jatt.

It was accordingly transferred to the court of Qazi Allah Bukhsh.

The Bhitshah police picked up the servant of Ghulam Raza Shah, Rab Dino, during a raid at his residence on Tuesday. He has not been shown arrested so far.
