KARACHI, Oct 18: The FIA Immigration Karachi Airport staff arrested on Friday four persons on charges of travelling on forged travel documents.

A Nigerian woman, Oludamola, whose real name is Moren, was intercepted at the immigration counters while trying to travel by an Ethiopian Airlines flight on a Guinean passport which was forged with the replacement of photograph.

According to FIA officials, the visa affixed on her passport was also tampered with and the entry stamps of FIA Immigration Lahore/Islamabad were also fake.

During interrogation, the woman said she obtained the passport through an agent, O.K. Kucho, against the payment of 300 US dollars.

Three other persons, Razzaque Bakhsh, Noor Zaman and Khan Wali Khan, were also arrested while proceeding to Dubai by PIA and to Saudi Arabia by Saudi Airline flights on Pakistani passports which were forged with the replacement of photographs.

The four persons were handed over to the FIA, Passport Cell, Karachi, for further action.— APP
