SHEIKHUPURA, Oct 15: Twelve persons were arrested for selling prize bond numbers here on Tuesday.
Four people were arrested from Sangla Hill while eight were arrested from Regal Chowk.
KILLED: A woman was killed while her husband was injured in a road accident near Imamia Colony on the GT Road on Tuesday.
Wasim and his wife, Kanwal, were going by a motorcycle. Near the railway crossing, the two-wheeler collided with a truck. Kanwal died instantly while Wasim sustained serious injuries. He was taken to hospital.
