QUETTA, Oct 14: The law-enforcement agencies have recovered the abducted assistant district officer and three other officials of Kohlu administration, on Monday evening.

The ADO Kohlu, Ataullah Buzdar, and three staff of a law-enforcement agency had been kidnapped by armed men on Friday after the polling in PB-23 Kohlu.

The home secretary, Azmat Hanif Orakzai, had warned the former minister, Mir Mohabat Khan Marri, that he should produce all the abducted officials within 24 hours, or else an massive operation would be launched for their recovery.

Official sources said that the tribesmen handed over all the four abducted men to the law-enforcement agencies on Monday evening before the deadline.
