SUKKUR, Oct 11: The results of 36 polling stations at NA-210 were suspended due to rigging by the workers of a National Alliance candidate, Mir Salim Jan Mazari, in the Oct 10 election. It is likely that the final results on this seat will be announced within a couple of days.

Earlier, Mir Imran Khan Bijarani, PPP candidate on NA-210, had informed the chief election commissioner regarding the relocating of 33 polling stations of his constituency to other areas, where the workers of Salim Jan Mazari could disrupt the peaceful polling process.

He has alleged that a number of PPP workers and polling agents from Kashmor had been kidnapped by the workers of Salim Jan Mazari.

He has appealed to the chief election commissioner for taking immediate notice and order re-polling on these polling stations.—Correspondent
