KARACHI: Governor visits PSs

KARACHI, Oct 10: Sindh Governor Mohammedmian Soomro on Thursday paid flying visits to Thatta, Makli and Badin districts to review the polling process.

On return, the governor told newsmen at Karachi airport that turnout at various polling stations he visited was good and encouraging. He said people were seen casting their vote in an orderly manner and in a peaceful atmosphere.

In Karachi the governor went round various areas and visited polling stations. He visited the polling stations set up at Telecom Foundation School, Sharea Faisal, KMC School, Liaquat Ashraf Colony, Mahmoodabad, Happy Home School, Shaheed-i-Millat Road and Islamia College.—APP
