Two killed in Peshawar

PESHAWAR, Sept 24: Two persons were killed in different incidents and a decomposed body of a woman was found in the city suburb on Tuesday.

Sabaz Ali, a resident of Takhtbai, lodged an FIR with the Badhber police station, stating that his brother Nawab had taken a loan of Rs10,000 from Manjawar, a resident of Nowshera.

On Tuesday morning Manjawar came along with his brother, Bajaur, and demanded the money. On refusal they opened fire and killed Nawab on the spot, the FIR read. In another incident, a 30-year-old man was killed over a land dispute by three men.

Shah Jee, a resident of Hameed Kalay, told Mathra police that Tawab Khan’s three sons - Shamrooz, Jandool and Azam Shah — came to his house and opened fire on his son, Asad, and killed him.

A decomposed body of an unidentified 25-year-old woman was found in the fields at Maqsoodabad village in the limits of Daudzai police station.

The police buried her at the Nahqi graveyard on Tuesday evening.
