KARACHI: Economics papers rescheduled

KARACHI, Sept 17: The University of Karachi has announced to extend till September 3 the date of submission of examination forms or registration forms and fee for external candidates of BA/BCom/BOL and BSc improvement of division for the annual examination-2002, without late fee.

The registration fee has been fixed as Rs2200, while the examination fee for each part is Rs1100. Registration forms with a late fee of Rs200 and examination forms with a late fee of Rs400 could be submitted up to September 30 and October 10 respectively, said a varsity notification.

HOME ECONOMICS: Some of the papers of MSc (previous and final) Home Economics examinations have been rescheduled by the university and would be held as follows; Statistics and Computer Programming (previous) paper II on September 23, Group A and E papers, including Food Microbiology and Quality Assurance, Education Psychology and Measurement Techniques, Arts, Appreciation and Textile Designing and Printing, Economics of Pakistan of final year on September 25, paper of group A and E of final year-Clinical Nutrition, Development and Trends in Clothing, Guidance and Counselling, Interior Designing, Pakistan Family in the Present Day Economy on September 28.

The other programmes and the time and place of the examination would remain unchanged, said the varsity notification.
