Road damaged by sewage
SHIKARPUR, Sept 14: Shikarpur-Sukkur Road has developed ditches near Rustam and Khanpur roads roundabouts, which is causing traffic disturbance.
The commuters are suffering as the road remains blocked for three to four hours daily. According to the highway authorities, due to overflow of drainage water, the road was damaged.
The highway authorities have refused to get the damaged parts of the road repaired till the Shikarpur municipal committee and the district administration make arrangements to improve the drainage system.
