SUKKUR, Sept 14: A brother and sister were killed in a road accident on the National Highway, near Kernal More, bus stop, in Ghotki district, on Friday.
A Karachi-bound truck, coming from Punjab, crushed Ms Amiran Mallan, 25, and her brother, Khair Mohammad, 34, near Kernal More, in an attempt to overtake a trawler.
The deceased were crossing the road. Both died on the spot.
Man drowns: One Mir Mohammad Bohar, drowned in the Feeder Wah, Ghotki, on Friday.
The deceased was trying to pull his buffaloes out when he slipped into the canal and drowned.
