KARACHI, Sept 14: The KBCA has stopped action at Mid Town, project situated on the M.A. Jinnah Road, after the builders obtained stay order from the court on the ground that their case was in litigation.
The KBCA had initiated action against the building on Friday without legal authority, therefore, the action has been stopped after the builders presented their documents to the authorities. —PPI
