22 spots for gatherings

LAHORE, Aug 30: The City District Government has selected 22 spots in six towns of the district for holding of public meetings by the political parties for the October general elections.

District Nazim Mian Amer Mahmood has sent the list to the District Police Officer for security clearance. The list will be notified after the clearance by the DPO on Saturday (today) as the ban on public meetings by the political parties was scheduled to be lifted from Sunday (tomorrow). — Reporter
