KARACHI: Talk on peace

KARACHI, Aug 13: Renowned Indian peace activist, former member of the Indian parliament and the president of the Association of Peoples of Asia, Ms Nirmala Deshpande, will address peace and human rights activists and representatives of social, civil and professional organizations and trade unions at a “Public Discussion on Prospects of Peace in the Subcontinent.” It is being organized by the Pakistan Peace Coalition from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Thursday, Aug 15, at the Begum Rafia Memorial Hall, Sidco Centre.—PPI
