They were carrying banners, placards and were raising slogans against Hesco officials.

They were led by the district president, PPP, Rafique Ahmad Jamali, the president, Chamber of Commerce, Ghulam Shah Malkani, the Nazim, Dadu taluka, Syed Zafar Ali Shah, the district president, PPP (SB), Ali Mohammad Jamali, and the president, Citizen Welfare Action Committee, Javed Akhtar.

Speaking to the demonstrators, they said local Hesco officials were suspending power supply to the towns for six to seven hours daily without any information.
