PESHAWAR, Aug 3: Tribal authorities sentenced two suspected Palestinian men to six months’ jail on Saturday after they were found near border with Afghanistan without any travel documents, officials said.
The two men were arrested in May and were unable to explain their presence in the region.
Khyber Agency tribal authority ordered the men be deported after they served their sentences, according to an assistant political agent at the agency.
They will serve their sentences in the main prison in Peshawar.
