KARACHI, Aug 2: The marksheets of the SSC Part II (Class X) science group examination, 2002, of the Board of Secondary Education (BSEK), will be ready for distribution on Monday, August 5.

This was announced by the controller of examinations of the BSEK on Friday. He said that the marksheets can be collected up to Aug 9 on a town basis.

The marksheets for the towns of New Karachi, North Nazimabad, Gulberg and Liaquatabad can be collected on Aug 5, and those of Lyari and Saddar towns on Aug 6.

The collection date for Keamari, SITE, Baldia and Orangi towns is Aug 7, and those of Jamshed, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Shah Faisal, Landhi and Korangi towns is August 8.

The date for Malir, Bin Qasim and Gadap towns is Aug 9.

The heads of institutions have been asked to send their representatives with authority letters and a photostat of the latest recognition letter to collect the marksheets on the above mentioned dates from the conference hall of the BSEK from 9:30 am till two pm.

Scrutiny: Candidates who appeared in the SSC annual examinations, 2002, of the Board of Secondary Education, (BSEK) and are desirous of scrutiny of their scripts can apply on prescribed forms for this purpose.

This was announced by the controller of examinations of the BSEK on Friday.

He said that forms are available from August 12 to September 7 from the National Bank of Pakistan, Board Office Branch, and Habib Bank Limited, Rizvia Society Branch, on payment of Rs 5 as cost of the form and Rs 5 as bank charges.

It was pointed out that after the given dates for scrutiny, no further form will be accepted in any case.

If a candidate is shown absent in any subject/subjects in the mark sheet, it should be brought in writing by the heads concerned to the notice of the controller of examinations immediately for rectification if required, it was stated.—APP
