HYDERABAD, Aug 1: Awami Tehrik (AT) chief Rasool Bux Palijo on Thursday said the “engineered” shortage of water had destroyed the agriculture sector of Sindh.
Talking to party workers at Awami House here, Mr Palijo said Irasa had refused to change its attitude.
He said the miseries of Sindhi people were increasing with the passage of each day as their services were being terminated and they were in the grip of rampant unemployment and hunger.
The AT chief said federal institutions and departments were serving and protecting the interests of one province and added that the rulers were once again trying to thrust One Unit on the country.
