ISLAMABAD, July 25 : The trade policy of 2002-03 would not only help boost the exports but also increase the use of local items.
This was stated by the chairman (Founders group), Islamabad Chamber of Commerce(ICCI), Shahid Rashid Butt, in a statement issued on Thursday. He said the abolition of registration condition with export promotion bureau (EPB) would enhance the country’s exports. While making Gawadar a free trade zone, Pakistan would be switched to the markets of Central Asian Republics (CARs), Gulf States and African countries.—Reporter
