WANA, July 24: Highwaymen looted cash and valuables from the driver and passengers of a cab when they were travelling between Ladha and Makeen in the South Waziristan Agency on Tuesday.
The six-man gang also tried to snatch the vehicle, but decided against it when they found it too old.
The bandits took away Rs4,000 in cash, one pistol and one Kalashnikov from the passengers.—Correspondent
