Preparations on target for Davis Cup

PESHAWAR, July 22: The organising committee of Davis Cup Asia  Oceania Group-II held a meeting to give final shape  to  the matches between China and Pakistan to be played from Sept 20 at PAF Officers Mass ground, here.

The  meeting  presided  over by president  of  the  organising committee  Abdus Samad Khan and was attended by Shahjehan Shinwari, Syed Aaqil Shah, Mohammad Asad, Wing Commander Pervez Saeed.

The  meeting  thanked  the  Pakistan  Tennis  Federation   for allowing Peshawar to host an international level tournament in the city.

Pakistan would qualify for Davis Cup Group-I, if it won  their tie against China.
