KARACHI: Six cars,12 bikes hijacked

KARACHI, July 5: Eighteen vehicles — six cars and 12 motorcycles — were either hijacked or stolen in the city on Friday, police sources said.

Four cars were hijacked and two others were stolen in various parts, including North Nazimabad, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Saddar, and Clifton, etc.

Seven motorcycles were hijacked. Five others were stolen.

The police also claimed on Friday to have recovered four stolen cars (U-0471, AB-5366, CC-2755, AAN-236), three motorcycles (RNG-3792, HDH-8870, LOG-3125) and a rickshaw (D-03337).

ARRESTED: The Karachi police arrested 20 suspects for their alleged involvement in criminal activities in the city in the past 24 hours.
