KARACHI, July 3: The Sindh Cabinet was further strengthened on Wednesday with the induction of five new ministers.

The new ministers are: Arbab Ghulam Rahim, Aijaz Ali Shah Shirazi, Sardar Muqeem Khan Khoso, Khan Mohammed Dahri and Mian Abdul Baqi.

The ministers took the oath at a ceremony held at the Darbar Hall of the Governor House. Sindh Governor Mohammedmian Soomro administered the oath.

RESIGNATIONS: Two of the ministers in the Sindh Cabinet on Wednesday tendered their resignations to the Governor of Sindh.

They resigned form their offices on health ground, Governor Soomro told newsmen after the oath-taking ceremony of the new ministers.

The two ministers who resigned are education minister Anita Ghulam Ali and irrigation minister Syed Ali Mir Shah.—APP
