QUETTA, July 3: Balochistan Governor Amirul Mulk Mengal has urged upon the Nazimeen and elected representatives to work for the consolidation of the new local government system.

He was speaking to a delegation of the Nushki UC which called on him the other day.

Introduction of the district governments systems, he said, was about to complete one year, during which period the government had successfully overcome the difficulties as regards the stabilisation of the system.

Mengal stressed that Nazimeen belonging to the treasury benches must consult the opposition councillors and resolve their problems in accordance with the democratic traditions.
